Zipper was a hard rock band formed by singer, guitarist, and songwriter Fred Cole in Portland in 1974. Cole was previously in The Lords, The Weeds, The Lollipop Shoppe, and after Zipper in King Bee, The Rats, Western Front, The Range Rats, Dead Moon and from 2006 in Pierced Arrows.
