 The Nickel Bag was a five piece (Bob August, Robert Butera, Gary Grappone, Lenny Messina and Vincent Nappi) Pop/Psych band from the Champaign-Urbana area in Illinois. Their 1968 debut "Doing Their Love Thing” was produced by Lewis Merenstein.
