Sagittarius - 1968 - Present Tense
Sagittarius was a late-60s studio group devised by producer and songwriter Gary Usher. The project was conceived purely as a studio group, and California pals like Glen Campbell and Beach Boy Bruce Johnston were brought in to work on "Present Tense". The result is a marriage of pure pop, psychedelia and experimentalism. When there was pressure from Columbia for the group to tour, it was revealed that a group didn't exist.
