It's the seventh best-selling album since May 1991 and the best-selling album in the United States from 2000 to 2009.

Here are three CDs of mash-ups, of sorts, of Beatles, and solo Beatles, music. The makers of these CDs took two different versions of a song, edited them together, and created a new version. Past Masters is a two-volume compilation album set by The Beatles released in 1988 following the 1987 release of the band's original United Kingdom studio albums on CD. Past Masters collects tracks that were not released on studio albums, so that the band's entire catalogue could be available on CD. Past Masters contains every song commercially released by EMI from 1962 to 1970 that was not included on the 12 original UK Beatles albums or the Magical Mystery Tour LP. The majority of the album consists of the A- and B-sides of the band's singles, including single versions of songs that appeared differently on albums. The full contents of the UK-only Long Tall Sally EP, two German language recordings, a song recorded for the American market and a track used on a charity compilation complete the collection.

Let It Be is the twelfth and final studio album released by the English rock band The Beatles. It was released on 8 May 1970 by the band's Apple Records label shortly after the group's announced break-up. Most of Let It Be was recorded in January 1969, before the recording and release of the album Abbey Road. For this reason some critics and fans, such as Mark Lewisohn, argue that Abbey Road should be considered the group's final album and Let It Be the penultimate. Let It Be was originally intended to be released before Abbey Road during mid-1969 as Get Back, but the Beatles were unhappy with this version, which was mixed and compiled by Glyn Johns, and it was temporarily shelved. A new version of the album was created by Phil Spector in 1970 and finally released as Let It Be, serving as the album for the 1970 motion picture of the same name. While three songs from the sessions were released as singles before the album's release, "Get Back"/"Don't Let Me Down" and "Let It Be", the songs were remixed by Spector for the album and "Don't Let Me Down" was not included

The Beatles - 1970 - Let It Be Naked

At the same time the film's re-release was announced, McCartney announced plans to release a new version of the album that is closer to what he had originally intended for the project. The new collection, Let It Be... Naked, was released on 17 November 2003, in a two-disc format—the second disc contained fly-on-the-wall recordings of the band chit-chatting during the Get Back Sessions. The songs were re-mixed from the original multitrack recordings. The recording did not contain the humorous spoken passages and lavish orchestral overdubs from Let It Be. The album received mixed reviews, some critics praising the simpler re-mixes and others expressing disappointment that the new album lacked the fun and humour of Let It Be.

From 1963 until 1969 the Beatles put together single-sided flexi discs with a Christmas message that were distributed to their fan club members. All seven of these were included in a 12" LP and sent as a final farewell to members in 1970.

The Beatles - 1964 - The Beatles Story

The Beatles' Story a documentary double album featuring interviews, press conferences, and songs by The Beatles. It was the Beatles' fourth release by Capitol and sixth U.S album, released in both mono and stereo. The album entered the Billboard Top LP's chart on December 12 at number 97.
