Rock 'n' Roll is a 1975 album of late 1950s and early 1960s-era rock songs covered by Lennon. The recording of the album spanned a year and its dramatic sessions have since entered into rock music folklore. Rock 'n' Roll became another hit for Lennon, reaching #6 in both the UK and US, where it soon went gold.
